My mission is to help women take the STRESS out of getting healthier, and find a happy balance through small changes. We have enough stress in our lives! We start by talking about your goals:

To start, I want you to add back what’s missing from your diet! If you focus more on the quality of your nutrition, you won’t have to count it, because eliminating and restricting don’t work.
Due to a variety of environmental conditions (over-farming, soil depletion, synthetic, and fertilizers), our food is not like it was 50 years ago. It is nearly impossible to obtain the necessary nutrients through whole foods, especially if you are someone with limited time, money, and/or resources.
The drastic rise in obesity, autoimmune diseases, and cancer is attributed to poor diet, nutrient deficiencies, and toxin exposure.
Common symptoms of nutrient deficiencies include:
Stubborn or unexplained weight gain
Inability to increase lean muscle despite exercise efforts
Fatigue
Anxiety and depression
Digestive issues
When we decrease our body’s response to mental and physical stress and support the body’s own detoxification processes, we can help eliminate stubborn fat, increase metabolism, and allow the body to be nourished by nutrients from whole foods.
