Protein bites are easy to make, delicious and energy boosting!
This recipes yields about 15 balls, around the size of a teaspoon.
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 tablespoon black chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 cup nut butter
1 scoop vanilla undenatured whey protein
Place on lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Each bite is about 200 cals and 8g protein.
