♥ COFFEE ♥
SO, I will admit…..I am late to the party. I only became a faithful coffee drinker within the past year. I used to think it was bad for me, and that it tasted terrible unless there was a ton of sugar in it. Instead, my choice source of caffeine was Diet Coke. (What was I thinking?)
But, then I got schooled. First, on the health benefits. Drinking coffee daily offers long-term health benefits in the form of a lower body weight, better blood sugar control, and better cardiovascular health. Fantastic news! All of that, plus the ENERGY. Boy, was I missing out. Second, I learned how to make it delicious without tons of sugar.
Enter, A NEW WOMAN!
Now, I have 1 cup of homemade coffee every day. I drink a blend with green tea extract, coconut oil and trace minerals. It is less acidic than most coffees, and delicious. I like it with a little stevia and organic whole milk. Within 15 minutes, my mind is more clear, and I definitely “perk” up. I will go so far as to say that I love it. I was missing out for sure!
